Get another set of Hellas and install 55w 4300k hid. Check out the thread about hid vs led windshield lights. You can see photos of them to get an idea of their incredible performance for not a lot of dough.

If you were very happy with the Hella's, why not pick up another set?

I just picked up a set of Hella 4000x driving lights, they were the only ones I could find that weren't huge and SAE marked (road legal)

Yes. I have them mounted on the frame behind the grille. Been there since the jeep was new. Been totally submerged in water, salt spray, snow etc with no problems. The same ones were on my patriot on the roof rack out in the elements as well. So they hold up well.
