I agree with the previous comment.
Personally, when I bought mine, I stopped at a locksmith and had a nonchipped key made that I carry in my wallet just in case this hapened.

lol You mean you locked your keys in your JEEP! P.S. The most expensive windows are on your hardtop. break one of the doors first. They are way cheaper. Front windshield: $200. Rear windshield :$500 quarter windows on hardtop are more than the rear. I've become friends with the local window guy lol.

You can't remove the doors when they are latched...
Depending on what insurance you have, it may be covered in your roadside if that's in your policy...usually free.

Police officers also often carry slim jims and might lend a hand if you spot one driving by (just don't dial 911 to try to get them to come out for this. lol).

Well right after a ride I had just powerwashed the mud chunks off the Jeep (Inside as well) and took it to a self wash to detail and get a better clean. Well I took everything out of my pockets so it wouldn't get wet, I then unlocked all the doors in case I needed to get in and wash the sills. I finish up and go to get in the Jeep and LOCKED. I just simply borrowed someone's phone and got a friend to bring me the spare set of keys. Come to find out that the door lock electrical connections got a little wet and the Jeep kept locking itself randomly every few seconds. So in the end, you could hide a sapre key somewhere on the outside, maybe under the hood???
