Location of stock bumper lighting.
Can someone post pics or illustrations of the location of the aux lighting mounting holes for the stock front bumper. I know there are holes to mount lighting on the steel but those are hidden under the plastic covering. I am looking to add more lights and I don't want to hack job it.

Hey I just added the KC back up lights. I think they are the 57 series. If you take off the rear bumper (six bolts total) there are two bolts on the back side on either side of the spare tire. For now I put my bracket for the lights with the same bracket that holds on the rear bumper. I didn't have any drill tools with me to drill into the bumper. Where I put mine is a good place if you dn't want to drill. Sorry I don't have any pics of it I did it while I was at work.
Hope that helps.

I will see what I can do. My wife has the camera so it may be tommorrow evening before I can take and post up.
Another good idea for light location is in this thread

I was thinking about doing mine this way but where I have them pointed now is straight back. It lights up pretty good but with 17% tint it is still hard to see. I am going to bend my brackets to almost a 45 degree angle so they point more out to the sides some. Hope this helps and I will snap those pics for ya tommorrow.
Thanks
Andrew

Ok here are my pics. Last night I bent the brackets out so they shine to almost a 45 degree angle. That made a big difference.

You could look to the left in my avatar to see where the lights are located.
If it's too small copy and paste this URL into your browser address bar:

or you can also do an image search on Google if you need a different angle.
