Well I have an 08 Sahara. Took the stock sub out and replaced it with a custom box with 2 10's downfiring. Idk if they still make the box but its called a Jeep Jammer Box.

I put 10 inch bazooka tube. Fits PERFECT in back!!!

Those look pretty deep for the speakers slots in the front...

Yes no problem. You would need to flare it bigger to accept the sub but you could still keep the main body the same size. Not sure if you could get enough air volume though. Maybe you could port it.
