Has anyone installed RECON's LED turn signals on their JK? If so, which wire going to the socket does the resistor get spliced into. I tried to test for voltage on the terminals in the socket after I removed the lamp and the lamp holder, while the turn signal was on , but didn't get any voltage. I'm thinking the meter leads weren't making good contact. Any input would be great. Thanks.

I only got two resistors with my lights, one for each side. My question now is why would one resistor get spliced into two wires. Isn't the black wire the ground?

I just installed the recon LED turn signals without the resistors to get a better look at the wiring, I have a black wire, a white wire with a strip and a plain white wire....which wires do I connect the resistor to?
All I did was plug the new turn signals into the light receptical and i'm a little concerned about them being exposed to the elements.
Did anyone do anything to ensure they are water proof? or have any ideas to ensure that the lights stay waterproof?
