Default LED strobes

I am wanting to put 6 inch LEDs on the front and rear of my jeep, 8 in all. But I want to hook all of these up to my strobe control box and also use them as off road lights!! I know they will work as strobes, but I am not sure how to do the switches??

one switch for constant power to turn on a steady burn a separate switch to turn on the strobe function
