I am looking for the waterproof LED strips that you can cut to whatever length you want. I want to make my own HALO's and rock lights. Anyone know where I can get them for the best price? I really do not want to pay $150 a roll.

Parts Express. They are said to be waterproof / weatherproof, although within reason, sprayed not submerged. They can also be cut every 2". RGB strip can be wired for a specific color or used with a controller to change the colors. Good price too.

eBay same as amazon. They have 300 led strips or 600 led strips 5 m rolls. That's about 10 LEDs on a 300 strip. Also I tried the led strips for halos to no avail. I would look for led ropes and see if there is a way of cutting them
