Here is the link to the leds on ebay I purchased...(these leds are the brightest Ive purchased and are crazy bright in the daytime)
2 Blue LED Strips 24cm 9 5" Car PVC Flexible Light Bulb Water Proof 12V Strips | eBay
I used 2 strips per light, I didnt go all the way around the headlight but they can be cut and with 3 strips per light you could completely go around the headlight.
I used 3m double side tape around the outside of the headlight and it is holding up great in a week of 100 degree weather and heavy rains in Texas. I plan on using Nightshade to darken the strips sometime this weekend. I think that will make the strips blend in better.

I have the green Oracle halos on my Jeep. You have to make sure to use the proper silicone sealant when putting the lenses back together, or else your lights will fog up. I personally would go with the whole light kit next time instead of just the leds. Mine did not seal properly and the next time I went through the mud, my headlights leaked, filled up with water, and burned most of the LEDs out as well as my headlights. Drove home on fog lights that night. I am thinking about just getting the whole headlights.
