....just fishing for help as i read the the post about the november tsb.

first off i have had the same issues on my display about having the on board pc reset.

i have had a new stereo installed as well as a new alarm and thought that the installers might have have messed up something they even went all the way to unhooking everything- said my sorry's to them.....

so my question to all is when i take the keys out of the ignition it will continue to run for a about 30 seconds then shut down. it stopped for a while but re-appeared the other day.

just checking with all of you before i go in for service on monday....the service guy i talked to said that he saw this on another line of jeeps (mmm compass) but not the JK...i asked him how many jk's have you serviced and he said none so far....mmmmm that explains a whole lot- it was hard to to say that as i am at there mercy but then i can throw a jihad on them if they will not work with me.

I would think that would be a safety thing, do you have a manual transmission?
