Default KCs quit working!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HELP

Hey guys and gals. My 6" KC slimlights quit working. I have checked the fuses and they are good. I am getting power to my daystar rocker switch that they are wired too. Where do I need to start looking????? I am not that electrically inclinded but follow specific directions well. Any help will be taken gratefully.
TIA
Andrew

Check the ground wire connections. They can lose contact in bad weather or if there is paint under the connector.

check that you have 12v at the fuse.

ensure the relay is working, put your hand on it and have someone else toggle the switch on and off, you should feel and/or hear the relay clicking in and out.

check that you have 12v at the light when switch is on

maybe burnt out bulbs?

I will try and do that. As far as the bulbs I rarely use the lights and they are about a year old. I will check that though.
Keep the suggestions coming.
Thanks

you may also want to check out the wiring inside the light cans. Sometimes Teenagers with nothing better to do will yank on the wires while walking by. I know it is a long shot since both of your lights are out and I assume they are wired parallel instead of in series.

If you have a voltmeter, check power to both the lights and the power on-off circuit (which, if you have a relay in the circuit, could be separately bad). It's unlikely, but not impossible, that you have two bad light housings or bulbs. So, you're probably looking for one malfunction that causes both to not work. Anything on the on-off circuit will do that. And most anything on the primary current to the bulbs can do it, until that wiring splits up by the bumper. If you have a voltmeter, check for 12 VDC where you should have it--wiring to the lights and to the relay, and to the on-off switch. And, your on-off switch probably provides a ground to the relay, so it will have 12 VDC power on one side until you turn the lights on, then it should drop to zero. If you suspect the relay is bad, you can make a short jumper wire and place it carefully across the pins that route primary power to the lights when they are turned on. If you get lights, then either the power on-off circuit is not working, or the relay may be bad. You may try turning power on and off and listen for the sound of the relay (a clicking). This may be a lot easier if you have a mechanic's stethoscope. That was pretty random, but I hope that it helps!
