KC Rally 400

Does anyone have the new (idk if they are) KC Rally 400 lights?

I can't find any information about them on the internet, except for KC's website. Most manufacturers are going to say they are the best things since sliced bread. I was looking for any type of review on them or pictures to serve as a explanation.

I know this question was asked a while back but.... I ordered a set and I'll get them on this weekend and let you know what I think.
