Default KC light

So I have installed a set of KC Slimlite Fog lights. Theya re currently tied into the toggle switch that came with it. It lights up and the lights do not. Here is a summary of my connections and what I have done to troubleshoot so far:

From the relay:
Yellow to battery
Black to ground
red/black to lights
Green to Load (toggle switch)

From the toggle switch:
Brown to ground
Green (load) to relay as stated above
White (supply) tied into yellow going to battery (between battery and fuse in yellow line).

I have replaced fuses on the white line. Believe my white wire touched the ground blowing out fise.

I bought a new relay but that didnt help.

I checked and rechecked both grounds

I tested all wires with a tester:
- white and yellow have power
- I have power at toggle switch
- When toggle is off, I get power only at red wire in relay
When toggle is on, I get a reading on all wires goin in/out of the relay
- I have no reading at the lights

it has to be a problem with the relay doesnt it?
