I am going to install jw speaker 8700's and I am looking for tips from anyone that has done this

def want to know... there are supposed to be a "newer" version of the trucklite led's after sema but these look better IMO.

These look way better but they are $300 more and not plug n play. I want the new trucklights I think

They are costly but I saw a really good comparison done against standard lights and the trucklites and the jws looked like the best pick if you can afford em

Mine jw's headlights arrived Friday will install later in the week.

I would like info on the Fogs if anybody has installed in factory bumper.

There are differences in the 2012 air bag sensor placement and the install was done slightly different as seen here: http://w ww.national4wd.com/?p=2463

Don't know if 2011 is like 2012 or the older JK.

That is an excellent how to. Exactly how it was for my 2012 install, as well. Couple hour task, max, and very worth it. I actually installed my JW Speakers before even using my stock headlamps, I just realized (first day). Couldn't be happier with the lights. I'm planning to use JW Speaker spots and floods for the rest of my lighting. They make some really cool vehicle lights.

Sorry I just realized I posted the same link for both . This guy used a second headlight ring to space out the Speaker light to make clearance for the air bag sensor:
