I'm also going to use the JKU Stealthbox once I get to that part of my install. Right now, I'm just replacing the fronts with Polk DXi6500's and the soundbar with Polk DXi651's. These are going to be powered by my old, trusty JL 300/4. I'm using an Audio Control LCQ-1 (LCQ-1 @ Crutchfield) to handle signal processing. I'm tapping in after the factory "Alpine" amp to retain control via the head unit. Should be interesting. I've used Audio Control products in the past and have had great luck with them....

As per JL Audio's website for the 2 door: Floor of cargo area is raised approximately 5 inches with installation.
