I am pretty sure it is made out of metal, but on all of their other bars it says it has a max of 4 pounds total, so I would think this would be the same. From their webiste:
The CARR Light Bar / Rota Bar can hold up to 4 lbs of lights, so depending on the size light you are installing will depend on the quantity the bar will hold.

I want this bar bad its perfect low profile and im still able to get in the garage its best I seen so far

Yea, I emailed them to verify it on this product specifically just in case, like you said 4 pounds is less than just 1 light sometimes.

Thanks! I don't have photoshop so I made do with paint.net.... I like the KC's much better than the Harbor Freight version

Its very pricey, but I saw this one on another forum, and want it. I think all said and done, its around $2000 or more..

I would of put 2k somewhere else holy cow thats to much for some lights but it does look good
