Default JK headlights are downright dangerous

I was driving home the other night and there was no moonlight and it was raining just slightly. I literally could not see anything but headlights coming at me and the faint outline of the double yellow lines. the white line on the right side of the road was not clearly visible. Cost is not a factor but I dont want to waste money either. I just got done having the inside of my headlights painted black on my CTS-V and I was looking to do the same for my jeep. Are there any headlamps that have a black housing inside that have a bright, white light? I need something quickly.

Rallylights harness and a set of Hella headlights. ~225. Cheap, and very very effective.

Delta xenon headlights. Cost around $165. Worth it! dont waste money on 3-400 dollar lights. And go out and buy dual driving/fog lights. Makes a huge difference in bad weather.

Trucklite Gen 2's. They have a darker appearance and are insanely bright. Can find them for $430 shipped and they're worth every penny.
