JK Fog Light Wire Harness Extender: Unicorn?
Just replaced bumper; reusing/relocating stock fog lights from center to ends; about 6 inches further than current wiring allows.
In prep for the new bumper I bought a MOPAR wire harness extension kit, that multiple web sites said works on JKs but it absolutely does not: has bullet ends where stock JK fogs have plugs.
WholesaleMOPAR.com could not locate one in their inventory either.
Cannot find any other wire extension kit, save the one that comes with the MOPAR off-road bumper, but not separately.
I find it hard to believe there is no such extension kit out there??!!
Anyone know of any kit/way to do this without splicing?
TKS.

Here is the link for the ends (I just bought these and they work). The numbers are H10 Male and H10 Female. They have bare ends (insert your own wire and crimp to their spades), pigtails (you'll need to add extra wire/splice) and 6" long leads. If 6" is too short, get the blank connectors with the pins and add your own wire.

My mopar front bumper came with extensions for the stock lights and all they were was 8" long wires with bullet connections on the ends. I cut the stock wires and installed the extensions in between.

Fog light wire harness extension - no splice
Anyone aware of a factory fog wire harness extender that will allow you to move/use fac fogs without splicing into stock harness? Thanks.

Just curious - why not just cut the wires, add wire extensions, and then reuse the stock connectors? Should cost less than $10 for the supplies (16g wire, butt connectors, electrical tape). For a more professional job, use shrink tubing instead of electrical tape.

X2 lol, this is a non-issue IMO.
