Default other led options

superbrightleds.com has some really inexpensive "Angle Eyes" that are 12V ready (no inverter required) if you don't mind a little more dis-assembly/assembly. down side is they don't list any in 7" diameter, only 60mm, 80mm, 100mm, and 120mm (up to 4.7 inches) and the light diffusers they have available only go up to 100mm.

you attach them to the driving lights (orange lights)
and they work as a blinker or you can just use em to be on whenever jeep is on. or whenever lights are on.

you just attach the inverter to the ring. and attach the other end of the inverter to the power and ground source.
So whats actually involved in the install other than wiring? Do you take apart the housing and put the rings in and if so how NOT easy is that to do?

There is no inverter. They hook up just like any 12v thing would. I have them on my challenger, and though they look incredible, I would never get them again. They just don't work right, and keep going out in sets of threes. Plus u have to crack open your headlights housing everytime u need to work on them. But they do look great. If u want them, check out Advanced Automotive Concepts.

To install, u have too take out your headlights housing and get it open. There are several ways to do this, I baked mine in the oven for like 10 min. Or u could cut them open. Then install the halo ring in the light with silicon and drill a hole for the wire. Then the fun part, getting it back together airtight.
