Has anyone bought and installed the vehicledock from Nav-TV?

I bought a Nav-TV lock pick, camera, mic, and the ipod interface (vehicledock).

Everything installed pretty simple except the ipod. I tried to istall the harness for the power to batt., switched ignition, and ground. After an hour I figured out that I should install the switched ignition wire to my switched acc wire.

Now I am trying to figure out where to put the vehicledock unit itself? Where should I put the ipod cable itself? Where have you placed the remote receiver?
