Iphone 4.3 anyone?
Would like some reports on Iphone 4.3 if anyone downloads it in the next couple of days. Specifically, whether or not it works better than 4.2 in the Uconnect center console/Ipod mode. It's hit or miss if it works for me (4.2, jailbroken).
I heard some have downgraded to 4.0 something and gotten good performance, but I'd rather not go that direction.
I can't upgrade to 4.3 until a proper jailbreak comes through (I'm using Bluetooth Profile Selector, which is a jailbreak app that GREATLY improves my Uconnect issues).
Cheers.

Having played with the development builds - 4.3 is a big improvement (especially the web browser). I don't remember seeing big changes to bluetooth functionality (but don't use it much either) - but some of your issues with uConnect might be from the jailbreak, which one did you use?

Bluetooth is same as it ever was (skips until I put lock screen on). Using the Jailbreak program Bluetooth Profile Selector, I can turn off A2DP streaming nicely, but still have the USB issue. I guess I can downgrade to 4.01, but I like the HDR photography on 4.2.
Hopefully, someone will test the USB issue on 4.3 in the next few days.

I have a Verizon MiFi that I keep in the Jeep's glove box when exploring (my iPad is WiFi only) that is still awesome in the middle of the woods (at least in South Jersey).

And what AT&T likes to keep quiet is that if you are on the old Unlimited Data Plan (like me) and even want tethering or personal hot spot - they make you give up Unlimited Data for the 2GB plan.
