Default Ipf 968 vs. hella black magic

I'm looking at both of these lights, I like the price of these and can't at the moment go up on the price. So if you guys could weigh on good or bad or other options for cheap that would be great. I was planning on getting something bright and beam and to mount them under the windshield.

Default Thats what SHE said...

I personally like IPF over all but the highest end Hella's. I personally run Rigid LEDs and have NO QUALMS especially since they dont garner alot of attention in dark parking lots.

I am running the Hella Black Magics on the windsheild mounts - I am happy with the light for the price.

I like how slim my Black Magics are. Mine are mounted to my AEV bumper, and even though they have a large lens, the case depth never gets in the way of the winch, cleaning, etc. They are well made lights.

So it sounds like hella are the way to go, how are they for lighting compared to the stock headlights?

I think the black magics suck at the light output , I even bump up to a 100 bulb still suck

so I converted them to hid and love them now the light output is great now

So what was the conversion to hid like? Was it hard or expensive?
