Thanks for that info. Where did you find that? I've been looking at the 2007 JK Service Manual and couldn't find anything that says what the draw is.

I've found two different replacement bulbs: One is 65w/55w (4,000K color) and the other is 60w/55w (4,200k color) so I'm thinking either will work just fine.

I've read on another forum that if you go this route, you really should upgrade the housing. I wouldn't mind doing that as long as I can still use the replacement bulbs without any wiring adapter/upgrade.

Thats to bad because hard wire will solve your problems
