4 wires on a circuit??????

I have one set of positive and negitive 16 gauge wires going to each of my 100 watt forward facing lights. Each pair of lights is wired to one 30amp rellay with a 25 amp fuse. I run individual wires to each light in the event of a problem... I only lose one light. On my old chevy I had all 4 forward roof lights wired off of one 10 G wire. One connection went bad under the hood. I lost all of the lights.

You need at least a 10ga wire to run 4 @ 100w. And if the span of wire is more than 10 feet then you need even bigger wire. I would run no more than 2 off of each of the 12 ga wires you have already. Also.. that way if something goes.. you only loose 2 lights instead of all 4. Did you ever say where you were mounting these lights?

Yeah thats a good idea. No i didnt say. 2 are already mounted on windsheild brackets, then iam gona build a custom light bar to go ontop of the jeep that holds 4 lights, and there will be a front grille guard that will have 2 or 4 lights.
