I bought a marine fuse box, put a 120 amp fuse before it and mounted it to the TIPM.

I used Painless 7 circuit auxillary fuse panel. I mounted it under the glove box. It has 3 constant hot and 4 ignition hot. I have my windshield lights running off of it right now and extra reverse lights in the future.

So (a) is it required to run everything off relay + fuse or (b) is it enough to have just a fuse?

a) rocker switch --> relay control circuit, load circuit --> fuse --> aux lights/other accessories
b) rocker switch --> fuse --> aux lights/other accessories

Fuses are ALWAYS required and should be the first element in a circuit. If you don't use a fuse, the wire will act like a fuse if there is a problem.
Relays "should" be used when switching loads greater than 5 amps.

a)( control circuit ) --> FUSE,--> rocker switch --> relay control circuit, - ( load circuit ) --> fuse --> aux lights/other accessories.

b) FUSE --> rocker switch -->aux lights/other accessories

Well, that does work. But I prefer to use a "positive" control schem on the primary also. Why mix them up?

It displays current voltage when it senses a drop in voltage.

As far as the fuse goes it is totally overkill. I will probably replace it with a 60 amp. I'm using 4 gauge wire to the battery and fuse box.

Got a manufacturer and part# for that? Just what I'm looking for.

Can you explain what you mean by "positive" control scheme?
