Default Horn not working, 2011 Sport

Hey guys so a few months ago my horn stopped working for no particular reason. The cruise control control buttons still work, however the "step" "reset" and buttons that control the radio on the rear of the wheel are also not working. I believed it to be a fuse issue but after checking the fuses I thought it could be they all seemed to be intact.

I think I may be looking at the wrong fuse but not exactly sure. I read online that sometimes honking several times and restarting the car works but that doesn't do much for me. Any suggestions on what fuse to replace or where else I should be looking? Thanks!
