This is what you are referring to. \/ \/ \/

However, like previously stated in this thread, there are certain conditions with certain Jeeps that will not allow this to work.

Weird, I had three of my last jeeps wired like this. And I have daytime running lights too.

I also have my hella fogs wired to the fog light switch on the stalk. So I can have my fog on and then my Hellas using the same switch.

Then your DRL's aren't using the same OE circuit that your using to trigger the relay. If it did, it wouldn't work.

The above drawing /\ /\ /\ illustrates this. It's labeled as the "OE Circuit".

Yes they do. My DRL is the high beam circuit. If I have my switch on for my hid, and my DRL are activated, my hid are on too. So I have them switched. On when I need them. Remember the relay only needs a very small amount of power to activate.

Wish you were close by to see how its setup.

Ya I wouldn't mine seeing what you have.

Most / all relays have a threshold of opperation. And it's usually very close to the specified opperating voltage of the relay. That is why other people are having so much trouble with the PWM circuits and the DRL circuits.

All I know is mine work great. They come on when I turn on high beams only. Or I can switch them off and use my stock high beam only. Good for different weather conditions. Same as my hella fogs. Come on with my stock fogs only, or I can switch them off and use factory fog only.

I'm in Canada so drl is a way of life. Worked around it no issues.

Or you could use a solid state relay to trigger the fog lights with the high beams.
