Default Help! Replacing infinity speakers

So I bought some 6.5" alpine type s coaxials for the rear and type s components for the front. Had fun getting the fronts in :s but now they're all in and sound like garbage! Crisp highs, but no lows, and nothing near the full sound the stock infinity's offered. Now what could have gone wrong? Polarity reversed? Problem with being hooked up to the stock infinity system? (maybe because it's a digitally amplified unit) or should I vent the front speaker boxes? I dot believe they need amplification, they aren't very power thirsty speakers from what I've herd. Anyone run into this yet?

I have that exact setup and yes the stock ones are 2 and the after market ones are 4...just bypass the amp and you will definitely be satisfied
