I have non infinity no sub factory system and am changing my radio. I want to use a regular harness and know how to do the wiring but want to know how this will affect my vehicle. I've heard the only thing that will change is that my radio will shut off when I turn the key off instead of staying on for a short time (I don't care about that). I'm not sure if this will affect anything else. I've been searching but seems like I can only find limited info. If anyone has experience with this I would appreciate the help.
