Default Help! One Headlamp Low Beam Out - Not Bulb

Howdy - So, my right low beam is not functioning, and I've confirmed it's not the bulb. I replaced the bulb, nothing - so went out and purchased a set of silver stars - replaced again - nothing.

Anyone hear of a simple answer for this, or do I have to resort to having the girl friend come over and test the wiring?

Thanks!

Sounds like your wiring needs troubleshooting. If you're not comfortable doing it yourself (or asking the girlfriend to do it), why not take it into the dealer under the warranty?

The low beam wire is white/tan and the return/ground is black/light green per the shop manual they go from the headlight to the fuse box under the hood. Did you have any work done lately that could have disturbed the wiring in any way?
More often than not troubles like this are done by someone installing or removing something

Thanks for the feedback - I'll have the GF do some testing on it tonight. I haven't done any work in that area lately or added any electrical mods since my winch (about 9 mos ago), so probably one of those freaky things.

If we don't find a simple fix for it, I'll bring it into the dealership under warranty (hopefully without any BS), but don't have time to do that before this weekends trip.

The stealership shouldn't give you a hard time about wiring unless you added something and even then they have to prove it. I think it will be something simple. good luck though.
