I'm not a big fan of the "HOME DEPOT" look that you get with the Rigids. Blah!

Have a look at the Lightforce 170 HID's.

HID-X 7" lights on brackets. Under $250 and the most light, that's my vote!

I mounted IPF 968s and switched to the 100W bulbs. I wanted something near the color / temp of the headlights, didn't want to spend a ton, and liked the fact that I didn't have to drill into my dash to mount the switch.

I have the KC Daylighter 100 on the windshield and they are great. Not sure if you want to go that way or not but I couldn't be happier and they were only $119 from Pepboys.
