Dave thanks so much for the help. I have a brand new set of lights on the way. I was upset with rigid at the start of this post but they have proven themselves to be one of the easiest companies I've ever had to deal with once the correct person was emailed. You definitely want to save those emails if you have a rigid product. 👍

Glad to be able to help! I knew they would take care of you. I'm not sure why you weren't able to get a response from them before though. If you haven't already, I would make sure to tell them about that issue. They pride them selves on their customer service, and I think they would appreciate you letting them know that you had an issue getting a response. You can't fix what you don't know is broken!

Yea I sent an email to the warranty department and also filled out the form. Doesn't matter anyway. I'm a rigid fan for life. Really liked the lights before hand anyway but now with this type of customer service I'll make sure to buy more. You just don't have service like that these days. Thanks again.
