Polyfill does work wonders.
I took a Queen sized pillow and shoved the polyfill from inside it into my sub box and sound bar.
Improved my sound, probably 50%. I was super surprised. It only costed $5 pillow from Walmart and took about 20 mins taking my time.
I've been wanting to do it to my front speakers but they're a little harder to get to.
I say give it a shot.
