I'm getting 12v all the way to the switch when it's on, but I guess it's not getting back up to the lights. Is this a wiring issue or relay or something else?

you have a meter, sounds like its the relay it can click and be bad , check the wire from light to relay for 12v .

I realized I have a ceramic fuse on the main red line from the battery as opposed to the original filament style. Will this matter? Its the same rating.

I'm going from the 2 black wires off the lights and the 1 black from the relay that attaches to those, then to the red, green and yellow right on the relay and am not seeing anything with the switch turned on.

Does that sound right?

Sorry just went back and tried again. Removed the relay and stuck my volt meter right in the yellow wire plug and boom, 12v came up, so I think you're right in thinking the relay is bust.

I'll get a new one tomorrow and see what's up. Thanks!
