Default Heated Seat Help

i decided to go with a set of TrekArmor Seats and will get a set of aftermarket seat heaters that will go between the stock covers and under the Treks. is this the right thing to do?

Trek Armor said they don't supply the heating elements anymore but when they did they used Dorman.

i've always wanted Trek Covers and this will get me heated seats without removing the stock covers or seats themselves.

any thoughts or ideas?

thanks
steve

It isn't the "right" thing to do but if your heaters are anything like the ones I just put in then you'll be ok doing it.

It's not unbearable to put the pads under the original fabric and the extra space may absorb the "bump" of the sensors in the pad.
