x2 on the Hella setup from Ralleylights. one of the best things that I have done to the JK and it makes useing the fog lights useless. from my research onthe fog light upgrade is that its really not posible without a lot of work Jeep used a odd light bulb in the fog lights and so it is not an easy upgrade and it uses the Pulse Modulateing systen too (turns the lights on and off very fast doesn't get the full 12 v to the light). I would suggest just getting another pair of lights and call it good. besides jeeps look cool with more lights on them.

I have the Cibies ($76 each- search Coventry West) in my 08 2dr Rubicon. Used the HL28130J transition upgrade Headlamp harness ($129) and Hella H4 bulbs (HL78159 clear-$10 each). No trouble to install . Took about 2 hours. Difference in pattern and cutoff is amazing. I highly recommend this set up. Don't worry about the extra brightness. Just dial the headlamps down. Never had anyone flash me and I've had them in over 2 years.
