Default Have stock Fog lights... but need advice on pigtail / connectors?

I have just acquired some 'stock' fog lights and fitted them in holes on the bumper...

My Jeep already has the correct light / fog light 'stick' by the steering wheel installed, but doesn't seem to have the wiring to connect straight up to the fog lights for some reason.

I have been to my dealership here and they said that I need to purchase the wiring kit that connects to the battery and fogs etc....

I have heard people on here mention that if you have everything else, all you need are the pigtail connectors to connect from the lights to the fogs... Does anyone know if this would be the case for mine?

There is a connector coming off from the front lights shown below:

Does anyone know if it is correct that if I can get hold of the pigtail connectors, I should be able to connect the fogs to these connections? The kit that they showed me seems alot more than I would actually need if this was the case, and costs more too...!

Sorry if this sounds nonsense but hopefully someone will understand what I'm talking about :-)

Cheers,
M.
