Default H13 Philips Extreme - zero difference!

So I removed the old bulbs in the new 2012 Rubi and was surprised to see Philips Bulbs in there. I installed one and did a test and saw zero difference. Strange???

I figured that. I'm getting ready to install my IPF h4 conversion. Should be a good improvement

I just installed Phillips sealed beam H4 CrystalVision Ultras H6024CV with Delta H13-H4 adapters. They are whiter, but I'm unsure about the beam pattern. May take some adjustment. This was a $50 upgrade, and probably worth that.
