Default Full led swap for all incandescent lamps on 2009 wrangler

Has anyone already done this from head to toe?

Does anyone have a spreadsheet, list or guide with the parts they used to replace the incandescent ones?

Can someone say exactly which bulbs definitely require load resistors if replacing with LEDs?

I would appreciate any urls, sellers, suggestions, experiences, examples, pics, write ups etc.

Thanks in advance!

I've already bookmarked the Sylvania site and SuperBrightLeds

These are the part #s I have:

I tried with the dome lights and found out the hard way with the Jeep canbus the computer don't like the leds I kept coming out to a dead battery and only after it killed my battery and had to buy a new one did I see one night even when they looked off the led dome lights we're still faintly lit so they actually stayed on all the time, I used a multi meter to confirm my theory and I guess the computer looks for the resistance in the bulb and since led's don't have any it screws up the computer and keeps it on, I'm running all aux led's and would love to finish up and go full led but the Jeep doesn't like them (sad face)

dc829: The LED bulbs that you install for dome light replacements should have built in resistors; they're usually marketed as CANBUS or "error free" in the description. As you learned the hard way, if they are not designed for CANBUS, the bulbs will still draw current even though they're off and you can see the low glow of the LEDs in the dark. I have no idea why the system continues to shoot current through the system, but there it is.

In my case, I installed Putco 280003W Type T in the front dome light and Amico 43mm Canbus Error Free in the rear dome light; both are compatible with CANBUS and draw no current when "off".

Roger the "designed for CANBUS", saw your other thread too.

Is this universal for all bulb replacement on the 2009?
