I have been dealing with this code for awhile now and finally want to figure out the underlying issue. Back story: My fuel pump works but only when I run a wire in the Tipm from M9 (an empty fuse slot to the fuel pump fuse (M25). This is the only way I can start my jeep otherwise the fuel pump won't kick on. The problem is that when I have the key turned on even if the engine isn't started the fuel pump is constantly running. I don't want to create more problems because of this.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated!!
