Default Fog light wiring

Is it safe to run a set of led off road lights and tie them into the the factory fog light wiring. They are 21watts each. Has any one done this already and any issues. I see there is not fog light fuse so just worried dealer ships around here are pain.

Are you putting the led lights in place of the fog lights or in addition?

Head lights and fogs on picture looks looks like fogs would be a nuisance for the other driver but they are not

Default Didnt Get Stock Fog Lights.

Is there a wiring harness recepticle that is already on the JK for a plug and play type of hookup? I would like to wire my fog lights and windshield lights to the same power source that is already designed for lights. I have a switch and wires from my cousin off of his TJ but I would prefer to set up to operate off the existing system if possible.
Any suggestions?
