Just convert them to HID. The Silverstars burn out fast... like if you get 9 months out of them you'll be doing good. 
I went through about 5 pairs before I gave up, and that was in my work truck. (I will add that I drove with my headlights on all the time but that truck never went off road) Taking your Jeep off road and Silverstars might not work out so well. For the $35-45 you spent on the bulbs for a little more you can just convert them to HID
