Default Fog light assembly removal - 2007

I am replacing the fog light assemblies on a 2007 with tow hooks.
I know that they will not come out from behind... not enough room between sway bar and frame.

Will they come out throug the "top" with the grill and valence removed?

Or does the entire bumper or plastic bumper cover need to come off completely. Can I even remove just the plastic bumper cover if I have tow hooks?

Anyone with advice or experience in this installation? Thanks.

Remove the entire bumper and things will be tons easier. The tow hooks are no problem. Search the forum for how to remove bumper. Best luck!

Grille and top part is enough room. That's how I swapped mine.

Thanks Mike.... it looks like that will work, and way easier than the entire bumper. I'll give it a try tonight.

Worked perfectly! Thanks.
Silverstars all around now. And new clean and clear fog lenses!
Thanks!
