Hello community. My father isn’t tech savvy, but from my experience the jk community is awesome. My father doesn’t daily his jk, and a few days ago he got in it for the first time in months. Had a check engine light for the evap system. Come to find out the a mouse chewed the wires and connector all to hell. I’m not sure if it’s a 2 prong or 3 prong. I live 3 hours from him, so if I can order something online and shipped to him that would be great. Can anyone point me in the correct direction for the proper connector with wires. I’d prefer a simply plug and play that I can solder the wires together. Thanks in advance!

 

Welcome to the forum, I checked and you list a 2015 Rubicon in your profile. Here is a picture of the Purge Solenoid .. This shows a 2 pin and in my experience any replacement wiring would be a splice and solder ..I'd suggest contacting salvage yards hoping to be able to purchase the needed wiring and plug.
