Awesome dmerc and congrats! For the cost it appears to have exceeded your expectations and achieved what you had hoped. I like the rear camera display - seems pretty clear. Where did you order the USA accessories? And if you don't mind, how much was the back-up camera?

Not to make you sound dumb or anything, but if your window is frozen, your camera lens will be frozen too. I guess you could clean it off a lot faster, but very small amounts of dirt/frost will be magnified a lot.

My main concern is not being able to scrape my rear(plastic) window.

Cleaning, or covering the lense would take seconds.

oh great, lets just start a North / South debate

luckily I'm in Northern VA... best of both worlds.... or is it worst of both... I'm trying to figure that out still

Okay, it wasn't meant like that!!

When I get off work at 6am, after a 12 hour shift of trying to keep you guys supplied with BFG tires, I just wanna' go HOME!! I don't wanna' wait for the heater to do it's thing. Southerners don't understand what sub zero temps feel like. It ain't pretty!
