Default Easy wire tap for CB near center console?

I'm planning to install a Uniden 520 cb in the center console and was wondering if there is a very easy place to wire it in to? I assume the cig lighter in the console would require tearing the whole thing out and not be THAT easy. Maybe wiring under the seat or at the front of the console near the dash?

Or maybe the fuse box? I really have no idea about wiring accessories up.

Quadratec sells a power tap in line that accesses the 12V power plug on the dash, it takes all of 15 minutes to install.

Any idea what it's called or a link? Trying to find it now. Thanks!

Edit - Is this it? http://www.quadratec.com/products/96080_9801.htm

Can't find that one. I was just planning to mount it to the rear of the inside of console with the upper tray removed.

That's a nice harness, and it's certainly better than the squeeze-on blade taps a lot of people use.

It's not the only way to add switched power, as the description repeatedly claims.

Ok yeah I saw that but I think I'm just putting it inside the console to be secure and out of the elements.

Is this really a 15min job? I ordered it then looked at the instructions online and it shows tearing the whole dash apart.
