Default Dynamat in speaker bar

For anyone who has done this, how much did you put in the speaker bar?

Did you only line around the speakers or did you cover the inside of the sound bar? I'm getting new speakers this weekend, so I was wondering how much Dynamat to order.

Also, did you put any in the front speaker boxes?

Thanks!

I used peel and seal - and as much as possible. I bought a 6" by 25' roll and only have maybe 6 feet left. I completely covered the outside of the front speaker pods and the big areas inside of it. I also ended up leaving the hole in the back of the pod unplugged to "port" the pod. As for the bar, I put it in wherever I could reach with extra put around the speaker hole. They sound good, no vibration.
