Mine took about an hour & a half to hook up & run back up camera & hook up my headrest tv's, but I like to make sure all my installs are clean & wires all hidden. If you just wanna hook it up & not all the other stuff I would say 20 minutes

The lockpick is the way to go if you have GPS. It allows you to set destinations without being stopped and unlocks the DVD while in motion. Install took me about 30ish min. The most difficult part is stuffing the wad of wires back in with the whole mygig unit. Other than that a 5yr old could install it. All of the plug ins are one way connections and cant be mix matched.

On mine it was a switch that works off the parking brake. It only let it work if the brake was set. Toggle=easy fix. However I do believe it is illegal to have an operating TV in the drivers view while driving

Default Is it legal?

Check your state law. In Nebraska as well as several other jurisdictions it is illegal to have a television in view of the driver while the vehicle is being operated on a public roadway. $100 fine in Nebraska.

It's only illegal if you get caught
