DRL malfunction after T-tap for new headlights
I recently installed new LED headlights, and T-tapped into the turn signal and daytime running lights (DRL) as the LED headlamp has turn signal and DRL functions. Driver side works perfectly, but the passenger stock front DRL is not working as a DRL. It is working as a turn signal, and the passenger LED headlight is working as a DRL and turn signal, leading me to believe the T-taps are *semi* successful
I checked the fuse (M18) and it is intact (also, the rear passenger DRL is working).
Thoughts?
DRL on - passenger side not working!
but it does work fine as a blinker/hazard
rear passenger DRL working, proving fuse M18 is fine

Did you use this type of connector to tap into the turn signal. If so they are notorious for cutting the wire you tap into. Check the turn signal bulb first and if it is good check your wiring.
