Default Driving lights off with high beam.

Is there a way to keep driving lights on when switching to high beam? Seems like a waste of light. They stay on when flashing but off as soon as lever is locked. Thx

I know that the superchips flashcal was able to do this on my wife's 2016 JK. Not sure if it does this on the older version of jeeps (07-11).

Are you talking the lights in the bumper? if so, there is a great reason they dont stay on with highbeam. They are FOG lights...not driving lights. they are for fog and crappy weather, not to see farther in clear night driving.

yeah, yeah... they are actually pretty useful when you're out in a horse pasture checking on livestock and you need the high beams and the FOG lamps fill in under/up-close where the high beams aren't casing much light. Same goes for off-roading at night....

The stock headlights suck on low or high beam. I normally always run low beams and fogs at night. I hardly ever run just high beam because the light output is so bad. I get better lighting with the low beams and fogs. I'd like to be able to run fogs and high beams. At least until I get some LED headlights, when ever that may be.

That's the same thing I run into. The fogs cast so much light close and at the side. Without them in the city you can't tell the headlights are on. In the county I want to run high beam to look out for deer and need all the light I can get.

So is the Super chip flashcal worth the investment?
