Default Driving light question.

I have the truck light led headlamps. They work great, but have trouble keeping them clear in the winter due to the fact that they don't get warm. I'm thinking about some halogen KC's or similar to use in snowy/icy conditions at night. What would be the best option for use on the highway without blinding people?

A lot of guys coat the truck lights with rainx and that helps with the snow not sticking

I run piaa 520 series lights on the windshield with piaa ion yellow bulbs. I adjusted them to the exact hight of my TL's

Hope this helps, I've driven past cops with them lit without any problems. I only run them on the road when it's snowing or foggy out. I also think the inclement weather helps to keep the police from messing with us for them. But make sure to have ur headlights OFF or they will pull u over for an Aux lamp ticket (NJ cost $175)

If you plan on mounting them to the bumper you shouldn't blind any one.
I agree with Jersey Devil, you can always just park about 20 feet back from a building and set them to be the right height, using your headlights as a guide easy enough.

As a side note I have a KC Fog light kit for sale. I bought them before I bought my new bumper and decided to just go with an LED light bar.

Thanks for the input. I'll work on it this summer!
